Gardens of Eden

Ridge Solutions initial foray into real estate large-scale development, Gardens of Eden is a residential project in a total area of 300 hectares, located on the southern outskirts of Luanda. 

Phase 1 of this project is nearing completion with approximately 2,600 homes sold and approximately 1,300 delivered to their owners, the remaining units being under different stages of construction. 

In Phase 2, it is planned to implement a more urban concept development with residential areas,  schools, university compound and  health centers.
